We are open 6 days a week, except Sundays. We are also closed on major local calendar holidays. Please refer to the appointment calendar above to know which days you can schedule an appointment for your pet.

We are happy to provide various services for your pet according to the breed and size. Our most popular service is oil massage followed by shower. We also separately offer these services separately as Oil Massage and Basic Bath.

We do not have a parking space of our own, but since this is a private lane, you can find spaces in and around the area. Do give us a call if you need help.

We have years of experience in the pet grooming industry. In the past we have groomed pets as old as 21 years and puppies as soon as they are mature enough for grooming (normally after 3 months and being vaccinated). We have also taken the best care with pregnant pets. You can rest assured that we will be gentle with your pet too.

For our regular customers, we do have packages according to pet breed. They range from weekly to fortnightly in Monthly and Quarterly subscriptions. We request 100% advance payments for these packages so that you can reap the benefit of a healthy discount. Get in touch with us to know what works best for your pet.

Normally, we do not recommend a pet owner to stay in the parlour while the pet is being groomed, so that they don’t get distracted. In most cases, the grooming session becomes convenient, unless in rare cases where the pet feels detached from it’s owner emotionally.

We have all the necessary products and equipment for efficient grooming service. In the rare case that your veterinarian has suggested a medicated shampoo, we would be more than glad to use it. Otherwise, you do not have to get anything along with you.
